• What the vehicle is. Year, make, model, and whether it is a car, truck, SUV, motorcycle, or something bigger.
• What happened. Breakdown, crash, flat, dead battery, stuck, or locked keys.
• Whether it can roll and steer. That decides which truck and equipment to send.
• Where it needs to go. Your home, a shop, a tire store, or another town.

With those five things, you get your exact price on the call, and the right truck the first time.
